Returns Policy

Our returns are free and easy. We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to send it back to us. 

Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded

or exchanged in any of our stores.

You have up to 30 days from reception of your order to exchange your item for another size or request a refund by handing it in to a Post Office

1. PREPARE YOUR PARCEL ENCLOSING THE DELIVERY NOTE 

Pack the items securely, in the original packaging if possible, and enclose the delivery note. You must state on this document whether you want to change the size or a refund and the corresponding articles. 

If you cannot find the Returns note, go to My purchases, select your order and print out the ‘Returns Form’. If you still do not have an account, enter your e-mail address and order number to access the order page. 

2. ATTACH THE RETURNS LABEL IN A VISIBLE AREA ON THE PARCEL 

Stick the returns label enclosed with your order on a visible area of the parcel. 

3. HAND IN YOUR PARCEL AT ANY POST OFFICE 

To do so, go to any Post Office (either stores or stand-alone locations) and send your parcel. 

The change of size or refund will be processed 3 to 12 working days after we receive your parcel at our warehouse.

Please note.

  1. Refunds are issued within one working day of your return arriving with us. Please allow a few working days for the payment to clear back into your account. 

  2. We’ll confirm with you by email once your return has been processed. Please also monitor your junk email folder for this message. 

  3. Earrings & Swimwear: Earrings cannot be returned if the sticker seal has been opened. Swimwear must still have the hygiene strip attached. 

  4. We’re pleased to say any packaging returned to us is always recycled.
